Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza organizačních struktur ve výrobní společnosti, vysvětlení důvodů změn a popis důsledků změn. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, první je věnována organizování práce, druhá část se zabývá organizačními strukturami obecně a třetí část analyzuje čtyři konkrétní organizační struktury výrobní společnosti s popisem jejich změn.The theme of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of organizational structures in a manufacturing company, an explanation of the reasons for changes and a description of the consequences of the changes. The work is divided into three parts, the first is devoted to the organization of work, the second part deals with organizational structures in general and the third part analyzes four specific organizational structures of the manufacturing company with a description of their changes.
