Diplomová práce s názvem "Otec v rodině s dítětem se sluchovým postižením" s cílem zjistit, co pomáhá otcům se vyrovnat se sluchovým postižením jejich dítěte v předškolním věku. První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na vymezení role otce a stádií, ovlivňujících faktorů a copingových strategií podílejících se na vyrovnávání s nastalou situací. Druhá popisuje způsoby zjištění a specifika dítěte předškolního věku s prelingválním sluchovým postižením a kompenzaci nejen prostřednictvím kochleárních implantátů. Třetí pojednává o podpoře institucí v rámci jednotlivých resortů. A poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na finanční podporu z pohledu legislativy. V praktické části je uveden předvýzkum k otázkám rozhovoru a následně metodologie kvalitativního výzkumu, charakteristika výzkumného vzorku a interpretace výsledků zaměřujících se na objasnění vytyčeného cíle. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvalitativní metody, prostřednictvím rozhovorů.This diploma thesis called "Father in a family with a hearing impaired child.", with the aim to find out chat helps fathers to cope with the hearing impairment of their pre-school child. The first charter of the theoretical part is focused on defining the role of father and stages, influencing factors and coping strategies involved in balancing with the situation. The second part describes the methods of detection and specifics of preschool children with prelingual hearing impairment and compensation not only through cochlear implants. The third deals with the support of institutions within individual ministries. And the last charter focuses on financial support from the perspective of legislation. In the practical part there is a preliminary research on the questions of the interview and then the methodology of qualitative research, the characteristics of the research sample and the interpretation of the results aimed at clarifying the set goal. The research was carried out using a qualitative method, through interviews.
