Bakalářská práce se zabývá hudbou a překlady muzikálu Evita z roku 1998, podává stručný průběh vytvoření muzikálu Evita s důrazem na historické události a stručný životopis skutečné Evy Perónové. Jádro práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dvou rozdílných překladů vybraných písní z díla autorů Jiřího Bryana a Michaela Prostějovského s ohledem na původní libreto Tima Riceho. Dále obsahuje unikátní rozhovor s autorem prvního překladu, Jiřím Bryanem. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky analýzy a zhodnocení celého díla.The bachelor's thesis deals with the music and translations of the musical Evita from 1998, giving a brief course of creating the musical Evita with an emphasis on historical events and a brief biography of the real Eva Perón. The core of the thesis focuses on the analysis of two different translations of selected songs from the work of Jiří Bryan and Michael Prostějovský with regard to the original libretto by Tim Rice. It also contains a unique interview with the author of the first translation, Jiří Bryan. Conclusion thesis summarizes the results of analysis and evaluation of the whole work.
