Disertační práce se zabývá současnou camphillskou komunitou a jejími pedagogickými aspekty v kontextu vzniku Camphillských škol Rudolfa Steinera jako historicky první komunity, a rozšířením její koncepce do dalších míst. V teoretické části je vymezena specifická terminologie v kontextu camphillské problematiky, popsány okolnosti vzniku první camphillské komunity, nastíněn životní osud K. Königa a dalších zakladatelů, popsáno období stabilizace komunity, založené na terapeuticko diagnostické, vzdělávací a sociální činnosti a anthroposofických pilířích, na jejichž základě se podoba komunity ustálila a je nastíněn vývoj její koncepce v mezinárodní hnutí. Empirická část disertační práce je založená na výzkumném šetření, které je založeno na kvalitativním přístupu s využitím designu etnografie, jehož cílem bylo analyzovat a popsat současnou camphillskou komunitu a identifikovat v její činnosti pedagogické aspekty. Součástí empirické části je rovněž interpretace analyzovaných dat.The dissertation deals with the current Camphill community and its pedagogical aspects in the context of the emergence of the Camphill Schools of Rudolf Steiner as the historically first community, and extending its concept to other places. The theoretical part defines the specific terminology in the context of Camphill, describes the circumstances of the first Camphill community, outlines the life of K. König and other founders, describes the period of community stabilization, based on therapeutic diagnostic, educational and social activities and anthroposophic pillars, on the basis of which the form of the community has stabilized and its conception has developed into an international movement. The empirical part of the dissertation is based on a research based on a qualitative approach using ethnography design to analyze and describe the current Camphill community and to identify pedagogical aspects in its work. The empirical part also includes the interpretation of the analyzed data.
