Předkládaná diplomová práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na artrózu kolenního kloubu, degenerativní onemocnění kloubů představující výrazný socioekonomický problém dnešní populace. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit vliv totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu na dynamické parametry chůze u pacientů s gonartrózou. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 10 osob, 7 žen a 3 muži. Průměrný věk všech zúčastněných byl 68,8 ? 6,81 roku. U probandů byla diagnostikována gonartróza II. až III. stupně podle RTG dle Kellgrena a Lawrence. K porovnání získaných hodnot dynamických parametrů před a po operaci byl použit Wilcoxonův párový test a pro srovnání zdravé a operované končetiny Mann Whitney test. Z výsledků vyplývá, že u probandů po implantaci totální endoprotézy došlo ke zvýšení impulzu vertikální složky reakční síly podložky ve stojné fázi chůze v porovnání se stavem před operací. Doba trvání stojné fáze byla po operaci na postižené (p=0,013) i nepostižené (p=0,028) končetině významně kratší, což svědčí o dynamičtějším provedení chůze.This presented diploma thesis focuses in its theoretical part on arthrosis of the knee joint, degenerative joint disease representing a significant socio-economic issue of the present population. The target of this work was to evaluate influence of total endoprosthetic of the knee joint on dynamic parameters of gait in patients suffering from gonarthritis. The group under the research consisted of 10 persons, 7 women and 3 men. Their average age was 68,8 ? 6,81 years. Gonarthrosis of the II - III grade was diagnosed in probands by Kellgren and Lawrence RTG. In order to compare the obtained values of dynamic parameters before and after the operation, the Wilcoxon pair test was applied and for comparison of the healthy and operated limb the Mann Whitney test. The results show that in probands after total endoprosthetic there was an increased impulse of vertical element of reaction force plate in the stance phase of gait in comparison with the condition before the operation. The duration of the stance phase after the operation was on the operated limb (p=0,013) and non-operated limb (p=0,028) significantly shorter, which suggests a more dynamic performance of gait.
