Magnetická rezonance prsu patří mezi diagnostické metody pro detekci karcinomu prsu a postižení lymfatických uzlin. Mezi její nejdůležitější indikace patří preventivní vyšetření rizikových pacientů nebo tzv. staging již prokázaného karcinomu prsu. Kromě biopsie sentinelových lymfatických uzlin lze pro detekci stavu jejich postižení použít i magnetickou rezonanci. Pro vyšetření prsu na magnetické rezonanci se téměř vždy používají kontrastní látky. Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat a předložit nejnovější vědecké poznatky o vyšetření a diagnostice karcinomu prsu a lymfatických uzlin pomocí magnetické rezonance. Bylo analyzováno 24 článků, 11 monografií a 2 akademické práce. Elektronické články byly vyhledány v databázích EBSCO, Medvik a Pubmed.Magnetic resonance of breast tissue is one of the diagnostic methods used for detection of breast cancer and disability of lymph nodes. Some of the main indications for this examination are preventive examination of risk patients and staging of the breast tumour. Alongside sentinel lymph nodes biopsy magnetic resonance can be used for detection of disability of lymph nodes. Contrast agents are used in almost all cases of magnetic resonance examination of breast tissue. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize and present the latest scientific knowledge about magnetic resonance imaging utilized in breast cancer and lymph nodes imaging. For this purpose 24 articles, 11 monographs and 2 academic works were analyzed. Electronic articles were found in EBSCO, Medvik and Pubmed databases.
