Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování zdravotnictví. První tři kapitoly jsou věnovány charakteristice základních pojmů a právních předpisů, které jsou pro práci stěžejní. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje druhy zdravotnických systémů používaných ve světě, včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. Nejdůležitější kapitolou této práce je kapitola pátá, která je věnována financování zdravotnictví v České republice. Tato kapitola obsahuje vývoj financování zdravotnictví, organizaci zdravotnictví, a především vysvětluje způsoby financování jednotlivých forem zdravotní péče. Následující kapitola pojednává o zdravotních pojišťovnách působících v České republice, o jejich fungování a postavení. Poslední kapitola se zabývá hodnocením kvality a bezpečí zdravotních služeb. Zde jsou charakterizovány základní prvky a účely kontrol.This bachelor thesis deals with health care financing. First three chapters are dedicated to the characteristic of basic concepts and legal regulations that are crucial for this thesis. The fourth chapter describes the types of the health care systems used in the world including their advantages and disadvantages. The most important chapter of this thesis is chapter fifth which is focused on financing of health care in the Czech Republic. This chapter contains the health care evolution, health care organization and primarily it explains financing methods for different forms of health care. Following chapter is about health insurance companies in Czech Republic, about their operation and status. The last chapter deals with the assessment of the quality and safety of health services. There are featured the basic elements and purposes of inspections.
