(108 113 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Oponent Radko Obereignerů. -- Ved. práce Roman Procházka. -- Abstract: Předmětem diplomové práce je hledání souvislostí u poruch příjmu potravy a obrannými mechanismy. Teoretická část pojednává o historii, dělení, etiologii, epidemiologii, identifikaci a léčbě poruch příjmu potravy. Zabývá se historií, klasifikací a jednotlivými druhy obranných mechanismů. Cílem praktické části je provést screening poruch příjmu potravy u 130 dívek na Lékařské fakultě, Právnické fakultě a Fakultě tělesné kultury Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci. Screening objevil 16 dívek, které vykazují známky PPP. Výběr souboru byl proveden na základě kvótního výběru. Sběr dat proběhl dotazníkovým šetřením, kdy respondentkám byla předloženy testy EAT-26 a DSQ-40. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jak se liší zdravé dívky a dívky s PPP v užívání obranných mechanismů. Z výsledků můžeme konstatovat, že jsme nalezli významnou korelaci mezi zvyšujícím se skórem v testu EAT-26 a zvyšujícím se skórem u neurotických a nezralých obranných mechanismů v dotazníku DSQ-40. Dívky s poruchou potravy využívají více neurotických obranných mechanismů než dívky zdravé. U dívek s PPP jsme dále zjistili větší užívání obranných mechanismů idealizace, reaktivní formace, přesun a somatizace.. -- Abstract: The aim of the thesis is searching for connections of eating disorders and defense mechanisms. The first part of the thesis is about history, distribution, ethiology, epidemiology, identification and treatment of eating disorders. It is also about history, classification and individual types of defense mechanisms. The goal of the practical part is to realize a screening of eating disorders of 130 students studying at the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Physical Culture at Palacký University Olomouc. There were discovered 16 girls showing some criteria of eating disorders. The selection of the sample was based on the quote selection. Data collection was made by survey of the questionnares EAT-26 and DSQ-40. The further goal of the study was also to find out which defense mechanisms the girls with eating disorders use. The results say that we found a significant correlation between high score in the EAT-26 and high score of neurotic and maladaptive defenses in the DSQ-40. The girls with eating disorders use more neurotic defense styles than the healthy ones. We found out that the girls with eating disorders use idealization, reaction formation, displacement and somatization more than the healthy girls.
