Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojovými stadii trestné činnosti v platné právní úpravě České republiky. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké nedostatky obsahuje právní úprava vývojových stadií trestné činnosti v českém trestním právu, přičemž jsou-li takové nedostatky zjištěny, autor de lege ferenda navrhuje způsoby jejich řešení. Diplomová práce obsahuje společná pravidla pro vývojová stadia trestné činnosti, načež se autor věnuje jednotlivým vývojovým stadiím v oddělených kapitolách. V diplomové práci je dále provedena komparace s právní úpravou vývojových stadií trestné činnosti v Německu, jakož i s již neúčinnou úpravou zákona č. 140/1961 Sb., trestního zákona. Poslední kapitolu tvoří zhodnocení platné právní úpravy a úvahy de lege ferenda.This master thesis deals with the topic of the development stages of a crime in Czech legal order, i. e. preparation of a crime, attempted crime and the completed crime. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question, what kind of deficiencies are there in regulation of the development stages of a crime in Czech legal order, and if there are identified any deficiencies, the author suggests de lege ferenda ways to solve them. This master thesis consists of common rules for the development stages of a crime, then the author deals with each development stage of a crime in a separate chapter of the thesis. The author also compares the development stages of a crime in Czech legal order and the German one, as well as the already ineffective Act No. 140/1961 Coll., the Criminal Code. Last chapter of this master thesis consists of the evaluation of the development stages of a crime and of considerations de lege ferenda.
