Výzkumná část má za cíl zjistit pomocí NEO pětifaktorového osobnostního inventáře hodnoty 5 osobnostních dimenzí u vybrané skupiny gamblerů a porovnat je s normami běžné populace a ověřit platnost hypotézThe thesis aims to introduce the reader to gambling issues. It explains the basic concepts, its features, causes of gambling, the course, impacts and therapy. Legislation is mentioned in the work. The research part aims to identify the value of 5 personality dimensions in a selected group of gamblers using the NEO five-factor personal inventory and compare them with the norms of the common population and verify the validity of the hypotheses.
