Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza variability pôsobiska reakčnej sily podložky (COP-center of pressure) pri chôdzi a jej vzťah k riziku pádu u seniorov. V teoretickej časti práce sme sa venovali riadeniu chôdze, biomechanike a kineziológii chôdze. Taktiež popisujeme svalovú aktivitu v priebehu krokového cyklu a kinematiku kĺbov dolných končatín v priebehu krokového cyklu. V druhej polovici práce sa venujeme analýze variability pohybu COP pri chôdzi vo vzťahu k riziku pádu. Vo výsledkoch nám vyšiel pozitívny jeden parameter medzi skupinou padajúcich a nepadajúcich, v rámci definovanej rýchlosti chôdze vo fáze preswing v mediolaterálnom smere. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the variability of the COP (center of pressure) while walking and its relation to the risk of falls in older adults. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the management of walking, biomechanics and kinesiology of walking. We also describe the muscle activity in the process of the step cycle and the kinematics of the joints of the lower limbs in the process of the step cycle. In the second half of the thesis we analyse the variability of the movement of COP while walking in relation to the risk of falls. Between the groups of those who fell and those who didn´t one parameter resulted positive within the defined walking speed in the PSw phase in mediolateral direction.
