Tato bakalářské práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu subjektivní prožívání a hodnocení reminiscenční terapie z pohledu klientů a aktivizačních pracovníků ve vybraných pobytových zařízeních pro seniory. Dále se práce zabývá konkrétním průběhem reminiscenční terapie v daných zařízeních a hledáním ohnisek zájmu, společných pro jejich obyvatele. Na základě získaných informací byl vytvořen návrh divadelně-reminiscenčního projektu tak, aby odpovídal zkoumanému prostředí. Teoretická část práce je věnována stáří a jeho specifikům, aktivizaci seniorů a reminiscenční terapii. Výzkum má kvalitativní charakter. Byla využita metoda zúčastněného otevřeného pozorování a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s osmi respondenty. Na výběr výzkumného vzorku byla aplikována metoda záměrného výběru přes instituce. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na pohled klientů a aktivizačních pracovníků na reminiscenční terapii, její podobu, zájmy klientů a návrh divadelně-reminiscenčního projektu. Klienti vnímají reminiscenci pozitivně, aktivizační pracovníci spatřují její přínos v posílení vzájemného vztahu s klienty. Zjištěné zájmy klientů se staly základem pro návrhy reminiscenčně-divadelního projektu.This thesis aims to explore subjective experiences and values of reminiscence therapy, using qualitative research from residence and professionals, in chosen care homes for the elderly. The research will explore the specific framework of reminiscence therapy in chosen care homes and investigate the potential common interests of the residents. Based on the information gained a proposal for a theater-reminiscence project was developed, in order to fit into the environment of the investigation. The theoretical aspect of this study were focused on the specifics of old age, to increase the activity of the elderly and reminiscence therapy. This research is qualitative. Methods of active open observation and half-structured converstaion with eight respondents were employed. The research sample was determined using intentional selection methodology through the institutions. and the professionals of the reminiscence therapy, its structure, interests of the participants and the design of the theatre-reminiscence project. The participants perceived the reminiscence therapy positively and the professionals also noticed the benefits of making stronger relationship with the participants. The findings of interests to the participants became the basis for the design of the theatre-reminiscence project.
