Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat funkce hodnotícího pohovoru s pracovníky pro liniové manažery organizace XY z regionu Severní Morava. Výzkumná otázka zní: Které funkce hodnotícího pohovoru označují linioví manažeři za důležité? Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V prvních dvou kapitolách se práce věnuje teoretickým pojmům řízení lidských zdrojů, řízení pracovního výkonu, hodnocení zaměstnanců a pracovní motivace. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána organizace a v poslední kapitole je popis realizace dotazníkového šetření a jeho výsledky.. -- Abstract: This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the staff members specifically the evaluation of the function of the assessment interview implemented by linear managers in the chosen organization. The object of this Bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of the assessment interview functions performed by the linear managers and their staff members in the XY organization from the North Moravia region. The research question is: Which functions of the assessment interview are meant by the linear managers as important? This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first and the second part of this thesis are devoted to the theoretical concepts of the human resources management, the work performance management, the staff evaluation and the work motivation. The third part of this thesis is outlining the organization and in the last part is describing the realization of the questionnaire research and defining the research results.
