Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými vyšetřovacími metodami v těhotenství. Ty jsou členěny na vyšetření používané v prenatální péči, neinvazivní a invazivní metody prenatální diagnostiky. Přehledně vymezuje rozsah jednotlivých vyšetření, období jejich provedení a pravidelnost. Sumarizuje poznatky o způsobu provedení vybraných metod. Srovnává riziko potratu a komplikací u amniocentézy a odběru vzorku choria. Poukazuje na rizika související s kordocentézou, konkrétně na fetální bradykardii. Srovnává biochemický screening v České republice a některých světových velmocí jako je Anglie, USA a Kanada. Zmiňuje také nejnovější metody karyotypizace.The overview bachelor's thesis deals with the selected physical examination methods in pregnancy. These are further divided in the physical examination used in the prenatal care, the non-invasive methods and also the invasive methods of the prenatal diagnostics. It clearly defines the scope of each examination, the period of their accomplishment and regularity. The thesis summarizes the knowledge of the manner of implementation of the selected methods. There is compared the risk of abortion and the complications of the amniocentesis and the chorionic villus sampling. It points to the risks associated with the cordocentesis, specifically the fetal bradicardia. The thesis compares the biochemical screening in the Czech Republic and some world powers like the UK, the USA and Canada. It also mentions the latest methods of karyotyping.
