S účinnosti od 1. ledna 2014 byla do českého právního řádu zavedena úprava nabytí od neoprávněného, která platí obecně pro všechny subjekty soukromoprávních vztahů - cílem této diplomové práce je tak uceleně a komplexně rozebrat problematiku takového nabývání vlastnického práva k věcem neevidovaným ve veřejných seznamech v kontextu nové soukromoprávní úpravy. Její aspirací je též zodpovězení otázek s tímto tématem souvisejících a představení vlastního pohledu na dílčí aspekty této materie.Effective as of January 1, 2014, legislation governing the acquisition of the right of ownership from a non-entitled person was introduced into the Czech legal system. The legislation applies to all subjects of private law transactions. The aim of the thesis has been to deliver, within the context of the new private law legislation, a full and comprehensive analysis of such acquiring the ownership of things that are not listed in a public register. The thesis also aspires to answer questions related to this topic and to present the author's own view of some of the aspects of the matter.
