Mobilní hospicová péče pomáhá rodinám při pečování o terminálně nemocného pacienta v domácím prostředí. Cílem práce je popsat spektrum potřeb klientů v domácí hospicové péči a způsoby, jakými na ně reagují sestry a psychologové. Popsány jsou potřeby sester a psychologů a vnímaná náročnost jejich práce. Dílčím cílem je popsat náplň práce psychologů v domácí hospicové péči. Teoretickým rámcem práce je paliativní péče, smrt a domácí hospice, spolu s potřebami, které se zde vyskytují. V kvalitativním designu byl výzkumnou metodou polostrukturovaný rozhovor s 8 zdravotními sestrami a 2 psychology z 3 domácích hospiců. U klientů se vyskytují specifické potřeby přijetí, vlastní hodnoty a sociální opory. Nejdůležitějšími potřebami sester jsou opora v kolektivu, odpočinek a odstup při zachování důvěrného vztahu s pacienty. Vnímají svou práci jako náročnou. Náplní práce psychologů je přímá i nepřímá poradenská práce s klienty a podpora sester. Více vystupuje potřeba psychologické péče u pečujících. Psychologové vnímají svou úlohu hlavně v podpoře sester, které zaopatřují obecnou psychologickou péči klientům. Považují sestry za kompetentní v poskytování psychologické opory, byl však vznesen požadavek na možnost supervizí a psychologického vzdělávání pro sestry.Home hospice care helps families to take care of terminally ill patients in their home environment. The aim of thesis is to describe the client needs in home hospices and the ways hospice nurses and psychologists address them. Also the needs of nurses and psychologists are described, along with their perceived demands of their occupation. One of the aims is to describe the content of the work of psychologists in home hospice care. Theoretical frame of thesis includes the topics of palliative care, death, mobile hospices and the needs that appear in this context. In a qualitative research design a semi-structured interview with eight nurses and two psychologists from three home hospices was used as research method. Clients have specific needs of acceptance, self-esteem and social support. The most important needs of nurses are the support in the team, resting and ability to keep the distance while maintaining a close relationship with the clients. Nurses perceive their work as demanding. The work of a psychologists consists of both direct and indirect counselling work with the clients and support of nurses. Family caregivers are in need of psychological care more than patients. Psychologists perceive themselves mainly as the support for nurses, who provide the largest part of general psychological support to the clients. Nurses are regarded as competent in providing psychological support, however the possibility of supervision and psychological education for nurses should be available.
