Tato závěrečná práce je zaměřena na poruchy štítné žlázy v těhotenství. Stručně popisuje štítnou žlázu z hlediska anatomie, histologie a fyziologie. Zaměřuje se na poruchy štítné žlázy, jakými jsou hypotyreóza, hypertyreóza, záněty a nádory štítné žlázy a jejich léčbu. Hlavní část je věnována fungování štítné žlázy a jejím poruchám v těhotenství, léčbě poruch štítné žlázy v těhotenství a možným komplikacím těhotenství a vývoje plodu způsobeným onemocněním štítné žlázy. Poslední část se zabývá screeningem tyreopatií v těhotenství.This thesis is focused on thyroid diseases in pregnancy. It briefly describes the thyroid gland in terms of anatomy, histology and physiology. It focuses on thyroid diseases such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, inflammation and thyroid tumors and their treatment. The main aim of the thesis is the functioning of the thyroid gland and its diseases in pregnancy, treatment of thyroid diseases in pregnancy and possible complications of pregnancy and fetal development caused by thyroid disease. The last chapter deals with the screening of thyroid diseases in pregnancy.
