Tato bakalářská se zabývá problematikou image vzdělávací instituce, především mateřské školy. Teoretická část vysvětluje vlastní pojem image, objasňuje pojem image školy, jednotlivé komponenty, pomocí kterých je image budována, techniky a způsoby měření image. V závěru přibližuje důležitost analyzovat image vzdělávací instituce. Zkoumaným objektem v praktické části je Mateřská škola Pardubice-Ohrazenice. Je zkoumána její současná image z pohledu rodičů dětí stávajících a budoucích. Na základě zjištěných skutečností nabízí praktická část návrhy a další možnosti komunikační strategie mateřské školy k upevnění a zlepšování její image.This bachelor thesis deals with the image of an educational institution, , especially kindergarten. The theoretical part explains the very concept of the image, clarifies the concept of school image, individual components through the image is built, the techniques and methods for measuring the image. The bottom line is putting emphases on analysing the image of educational institution. In its practical part, the research focuses on the Pardubice-Ohrazenice kindergarten. It examines the current image from the perspective of children´s parents present and future. Based on the findings, this section offers practical suggestions and other options in kindergarten-communication strategy in order to consolidate and improve its image.
