Hlavním cílem magisterské diplomové práce Fundraising neziskové organizace je nalézt nové možnosti financování pro Oblastní spolek Českého Červeného kříže a tyto možnosti plně využít. První část práce popisuje teoretickou oblast neziskových organizací, jako je jejich historie, základní formy neziskových organizací, dále základní metody fundraisingu neziskových organizací. Důležitou součástí je také objasnění financování v rámci fondů Evropské unie, stěžejní částí této práce se totiž stala projektová žádost o dotace z Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. V práci jsme analyzovali taktéž finanční dokumenty a situaci zkoumané neziskové organizace.The main objective of this thesis called Fundraising for Non-profit organization is to find new funding opportunities for the Regional Association of the Red Cross in Prostějov and make full use of these possibilities. The first part describes the theoretical issues of non-profit organizations, as well as the history, the basic forms of non-profit organizations or the methods of fundraising. An important part is also funding and grants provided by the European Union, because a crucial part of this work is to become became a project application for funding from the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment. In this work, we also analyzed the financial documents and the situation of the examined non-profit organization.
