V první části se práce zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a těmi jsou zásada názornosti, učební pomůcka a dále pojednává o historii tisku a obecném rozdělení tiskáren. Druhá empirická část směřuje k zajištění školení zaměstnanců, běžné obsluhy a údržby tiskáren, které k tisku využívají technologii termotransfer.. -- Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to the printers and printing proces. In the first part it is focused on the definition of the basic notions such as the rule of clearness, didactic tool and then it deals with history of the printing proces and the basic separation of the printers. The second empirical part is aimed to ensure the training of the employees, regular operation and maintenance of the printers, which use the thermotransfer technology.
