Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na volnočasové aktivity seniorů, a to se zaměřením na domov pro seniory. V první části této práce najdeme obecné informace o stáří a jedincích, kteří se v této životní etapě nacházejí, dále se zde zabýváme institucemi péče o seniory a problematikou volného času, a to jak obecně, tak i v souvislosti s touto věkovou kategorií. Ve druhé části práce nás pak provedený průzkum seznámí s tím, jak lidé ubytovaní v domovech pro seniory tráví svůj volný čas.Bachelor thesis is aimed at leisure time activities of seniors, it is especially aimed at retirements homes. In the first part of this thesis we find general information about old age and individuals who are at this life-time stage. Further we get engaged in senior care institutions and leisure time problems, both in general as well as in the connnection with the old age. In the other part of this thesis the research introduces us into spending of leisure time of people who are accommodated in the retirements homes.
