Tato práce se zabývá tématem poradenství pro pozůstalé, jeho popisem, tím, z jakých historicko-socio-kulturních tendencí se jeho potřeba vyvinula, tím, jak tato instituce funguje v Německu, současnou situací v poradenství pro pozůstalé v Česku a tvorbou vzdělávací akce pro poradce v tomto oboru. Cílem práce je vytvoření kompetenčního modelu a navržení vzdělávací akce pro poradce pro pozůstalé. Vytvoření vzdělávací nabídky s jednotným kvalifikačním standardem je totiž jedním z klíčových kroků na cestě k institucionalizaci poradenství pro pozůstalé v Česku.Subject of my paper is bereavement counselling. This paper is divided into four chapters. First chapter focuses on historical, sociological, psychological and andragogical consequences of dying and death. Second chapter deals with institution of the bereavement counselling. Moreover, following chapter describe and compare the situation in counselling in Germany and in the Czech Republic. The most important part of this paper is the last chapter, which purposes the project of the educational action for the consultant for the bereaved. This project can be a first step on the way towards institutionalization of this counselling in the Czech Republic.
