Cílem je zejména osvětlit a porovnat pojmy šikana a mobbing, seznámit se znaky, příčinami, fázemi, používanými taktikami, osobnostními charakteristikami aktérů mobbingu, důsledky tohoto jevu pro oběť a nastínit možnosti řešení a prevence tohoto problému. Součástí práce je případová studie, jejímž cílem je porovnání poznatků zpracovaných v teoretické části práce se zkušenostmi konkrétní osoby, která se setkala se šikanou na pracovišti.. -- Abstract: The task of the thesis is to describe a phenomenon known as mobbing. The aim is primarily to clear up and compare terms chicane and mobbing, to present characteristics, causes, phases, tactics used, and personal characteristics of persons involved in mobbing, the implications of this for the victims, and to outline the possibilities of solution and prevention of the problem. Part of the thesis is a case study, which aim is to compare the knowledge incorporated in the theoretical part of the thesis with experience of particular person involved in the chicane in the workplace.
