Je to práca, ktorá má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická časť sa skladá z troch kapitol v ktorých zameriavame pozornosť na históriu rodiny jej typy a funkcie. Ďalej sa oboznamujeme s históriou, metódami a úlohami sociálnej práce a osobnosťou sociálneho pracovníka. Samostatná kapitola je venovaná dysfunkčným a rómskym rodinám. Cieľom práce je zistiť aké metódy a formy práce používa sociálny pracovník na Úrade práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny v Nitre pri práci s rómskou rodinou.It has a theoretical and empirical character. Theoretical part consists of three chapters where we focus on the history of the family and it´s types and functions. Then we learn about history, methods and tasks of social work as well as the personality of a social worker. Separate chapter focuses on dysfuncional and Roma families. The purpose of this thesis is to determine what methods and forms of work are used by a social worker at Bureau of Labor, Social Affairs and Families in Nitra while working with Roma family.
