Cílem práce je optimalizovat přípravu pacientů s karcinomem rekta léčených radioterapií. Výsledkem teoretické části práce je shrnutí obecných poznatků o karcinomu rekta, léčebných postupech a procesu plánování před ozařováním, se zaměřením na uložení a fixaci pacienta a přípravu plánu. Výsledkem praktické části je statistické vyhodnocení souboru pacientů ozařovaných na Onkologické klinice FN v Olomouci pro karcinom rekta v období 2004-2006.The target of this thesis is optimizing preparation of patients with rectal cancer before radiotherapy. Result of theoretical part is summary of general information about rectal cancer, treatment and process of planning before radiotherapy, focused on position and fixation of pacients and preparation of plan of radiotherapy. Results of practical part are statistical evaluation of group of pacients treated for rectal cancer on Oncological clinic in Olomouc in years 2004-2006.
