Diplomová práce se zabývá anticipací pohybu. V práci objektivně zhodnocuji posturální přednastavení svalů před provedením určité činnosti. Všichni měření probandi dostali tři úkoly. Každý z těchto úkolů byl různě kognitivně a motoricky náročný. Pomocí povrchové elektromyografie byla z povrchových posturálních a fázických svalů trupu a dolních končetin snímána elektrická aktivita. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje statisticky významný rozdíl anticipačního posturálního nastavení mezi skupinou jedinců s Parkinsonovou nemocí a skupinou zdravých jedinců stejného věku. A dále, zda existuje statisticky významný rozdíl v aktivaci svalů před různě motoricky a kognitivně náročnými situacemi.Thesis concerns movement anticipation. In my study, I do objectively evaluate postural preadjusting of muscles before performing certain activity. All measured subjects were given three tasks. Both motoric and cognitive difficulty of the tasks varied. Electrical activity of surface postural and phasic muscles was scaned using surface electromyography. Objective of this thesis was to find out, if there is a statisticaly significant difference in anticipation postural adjustment between a group of subjects with Parkinson's disease and a healthy group of subjects of same age. And more, if there is a statisticaly significant difference in muscle activation before situations of various cognitively and motoricaly difficult tasks.
