Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální léčbou ischémické choroby srdeční. Zaznamenává příčiny a důsledky vzniku této choroby až po její léčbu. Tato bakalářská práce také uvádí jednotlivé výkony a počty výkonů na olomoucké koronární angiolince. Je zde též popsán dnešní význam užití lékových stentů k léčbě ischémiské choroby srdeční, patřící mezi nové a dnes významné metody. Účelem vypracování této bakalářské práce a zvolení daného tématu má osvětlit populační význam srdečních chorob a to i ve světovém měřítku a popsat možnosti dnešní léčby této civilizační choroby.This Bachelor degree thesis, Treatment of ischemic heart disease (IHD) and the use of drug eluting stents, deals with a complex treatment of ischemic heart disease. In the practical part of this thesis data from the Coronary Angiography Unit located in University Hospital Olomouc were used. This Bachelor's thesis describes ischemic heart disease from its beginning as a lifestyle disease in individual steps. The main aim of this thesis is not only to describe the most modern methods of treatment of IHD but also to inform readers about how important the prevention of this disease is.
