Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii římskokatolické farnosti Dubňany v letech 1843-1885. Cílem práce je popsat život ve farnosti. Práce je rozdělena do 3 kapitol. V první kapitole se zabývám úvodem do problematiky, podstatou vedení pamětních knih, kronik a matrik. Druhá, nosná část práce, je věnována samotné farnosti Dubňany od vzniku, přes stavbu kostela až po výčet významných osobností církve ve vymezeném období. Třetí část poskytuje přehled vývoje farnosti v jednotlivých letech.The bachelor thesis deals with the history of the Roman Catholic parish of Dubňany in the years 1843-1885. The aim of the thesis is to describe life in the parish. The work is divided into 3 chapters. In the first chapter I deal with the introduction to the issue, the essence of keeping commemorative books, chronicles and birth records. The second, supporting part of the thesis, is devoted to the parish of Dubňany itself, from its establishment, through the construction of the church to the list of important personalities of the church in the defined period. The third part provides an overview of the development of the parish in the individual years.
