Přestože jména gastronomických zařízení představují zajímavé téma onomastického výzkumu, studie věnované analýze názvů čínských restaurací jsou spíše vzácností. Ty z nich, které v této bakalářské práci podrobuji analýze, se specializují na čínskou specialitu, a to taštičky jiaozi. Vybranou lokalitou je město Hangzhou nacházející se v provincii Zhejiang. Cílem je zjistit, jaké motivy a témata využívají majitelé při pojmenovávání svých podniků. Zkoumám možné důvody použití daných motivů a jejich funkci v pojmenování. Názvy jsem nashromáždila prostřednictvím čínské platformy Dianping, která sdružuje recenze uživatelů na různé služby, a to včetně restaurací. Výsledný korpus čítá 203 názvů restauračních zařízení. Ty byly analyzovány z hlediska jejich významu a podle společných charakteristik zařazeny do kategorií. Ke každé stanovené kategorii je pak uvedeno několik příkladů. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že ve zkoumaných jménech restaurací majitelé nejčastěji využívají výrazy pro charakteristiku taštiček. Frekventované jsou také názvy, které obsahují toponymum nebo antroponymum.Although the names of gastronomic establishments represent an intriguing topic of onomastic research, studies devoted to the analysis of Chinese restaurant names are rather rare. The ones I analyze in this thesis specialize in a Chinese specialty, namely jiaozi dumplings. The chosen location is Hangzhou, located in Zhejiang province. The aim is to find out what motives and themes are used by owners in naming their businesses. I investigate the possible reasons for using the given motifs and their functions in naming. I collected the names through Dianping, a Chinese platform that collects user reviews on various services, including restaurants. The resulting corpus consists of 203 restaurant names. These were analyzed for their meaning and categorized according to common characteristics. Several examples are then given for each category identified. The results of the analysis show that in the examined restaurant names, the owners most frequently use terms to characterize the dumplings. Names containing a toponym or anthroponym are also frequent.
