Měřená veličina FEV1 je jedním ze základních ukazatelů zdravotního stavu u pacientů s cystickou fibrózou. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou cystické fibrózy a následně pomocí regresní analýzy ověřit vliv souboru faktorů, jako např. BMI, užívání inzulínu a mnohých dalších, na veličinu FEV1.The variable FEV1 is one of the basic indicators of health status in patients with cystic fibrosis. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of cystic fibrosis and subsequently to verify the influence of set of factors, such as BMI, insulin use and many others, on FEV1 values using regression analysis.
