Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení pojmů pomáhající profese, emoční inteligence, celostní muzikoterapie. Hovoří se zde o významu emoční inteligence v pomáhajících profesích. Dále mapuje historii muzikoterapie, její léčebné efekty a také její koncepty. Empirická část zkoumá, nakolik jsou pracovníci v pomáhajících profesích obeznámeni s muzikoterapií. Dále je provedena analýza a srovnání výzkumu v zahraničí.The theoretical part describes key concepts such as helping professions, emotional intelligence and holistic music therapy. It deals with the importance of emotional intelligence in helping professions. Furthermore, it looks into the history of music therapy, its healing effects and its concepts. The empirical part researches how the workers in helping professions are familiarised with music therapy. Furthermore, the author presents the analysis and comparison of research abroad.
