Tématem disertační práce je fenomén kázně u začínajících učitelů. Práce je zaměřena na faktory, které ovlivňují kázeň ve výuce u začínajících učitelů. Disertační práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem kázeň, autorita, zásady, začínající učitel. Empirická část se zabývá výzkumem, faktorovou a shlukovou analýzou. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření.The topic of the dissertation is the phenomenon of discipline for beginning teachers. The work is focused on the factors that influence the discipline in teaching for beginner teachers. The dissertation is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the concept of discipline, authority, principles, beginning teacher. The empirical part deals with research, factor and cluster analysis. The conclusion of the thesis presents the results of the research.
