Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou diabetu mellitu u těhotných žen s DM 1. a 2. typu v České republice. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na samotný diabetes mellitus, rozdělení, diagnostiku, klinické projevy, nefarmakologickou a farmakologickou terapii, komplikace. Mimo jiné popisuje rizika diabetu pro matku i plod. Dále jsou zde zahrnuty rizikové faktory, které přispívají ke vzniku diabetu a jeho rozvoji. V praktické části byly zpracovány a vyhodnocovány informace získané z dokumentací Porodnicko-gynekologické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. K výzkumu byla použita metoda retrospektivní analýzy dat. Zkoumanými faktory byly: věk, výška, hmotnost, parita, typ diabetu, způsob porodu, gestační stáří, porodní hmotnost novorozence.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of diabetes mellitus of pregnant women with type 1 and type 2 DM in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the diabetes mellitus itself, its distribution, diagnosis, clinical manifestations, non-pharmacological and pharmacological therapy and complications. Among other things this part describes the risk of diabetes for the mother and her fetus. Included are also risk factors that contribute to the inception of diabetes and its development. In the practical part are included processed and evaluated information obtained from documentation of obstetrics and gynecological clinics of the University Hospital Olomouc. The research is based on a retrospective analysis of data. Factors examined in this study: age, height, weight, parity, type of diabetes, the method of delivery, gestational age, newborns birth weight.
