Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přípravy radiofarmak. V úvodní části této práce jsou vymezeny základní fyzikální pojmy. Dále se již práce zaměřuje konkrétně na výrobu, použití a následnou likvidaci radiofarmak. Následně jsou v práci charakterizovány jednotlivé typy radiofarmak, rovněž není opomenuta problematika radiační ochrany.This bachelor thesis deals with issue related to the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. In the introductory part of this thesis there are defined the basic physical terms. Then the thesis is focused specifically on the production, use and subsequent liquidation of radiopharmaceuticals. Afterwards the particular types os radiopharmaceuticals are characterized in this thesis, as well as the problems of rafiation protection.
