Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání a využití několika mikroskopických technik, jejich vlastnosti a jejich vhodné použití. Bylo vybráno několik intracelulárních struktur, jenž byly pozorovány pomocí SIM a WF. Poté bylo provedeno objektivní porovnání těchto mikroskopických technik.This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparision and use of several microscopy techniques, about features of these techniques and when is advantagous to use them. Several intracellular structures were chosen to be observed using SIM and WF. Objective comparision of the techniques could then be done.
