Cílem práce bylo shrnout informace o vybraných metodách kinezioterapie využívané při léčbě dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou (DMO). Práce uvádí dva základní přístupy, kterými jsou Vojtova reflexní lokomoce a Bobath koncept. Dále se práce věnuje metodě TheraSuit. Další zmíněné terapie představují spíše doplňkové možnosti k již zmíněným terapiím. DMO vyžaduje včasné zahájení léčby a dlouhodobou intenzivní terapii. Na základě dostupné literatury byly vybrané metody stručně popsány. Míra efektivity jednotlivých metod není jasně prokázaná. Studie poukazují na hlavní nedostatky: malý výzkumný soubor, chybějící kontrolní skupina, věková odlišnost zkoumaných subjektů, nedodržení standardizovaného měření a další. Součástí práce je přiložená kazuistika vybraného pacienta s hypotonickou formou DMO, který se účastnil terapie TheraSuit.The aim of the study was to summarize information on selected physiotherapy methods used in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy (CP). The work presents two basic approaches, these being Vojta reflex locomotion and the Bobath concept. Further information is provided about the TheraSuit method. Additional mentioned therapies represent more possibilities for the aforementioned therapies. DMO requires early treatment and long-term intensive therapy. The methods briefly described were chosen on the basis of the available literature. The level of effectiveness of each method is not clearly demonstrated. The studies refer to the major deficiencies: a small research group, the lack of a control group, the age difference of the subjects, nonobservance of standardized measurements and more. The work includes a case report of a selected patient with hypotonic cerebral palsy, who participated in the TheraSuit therapy.
