Diplomová práce se zabývá vnějším a vnitřním coming outem bisexuálních žen. Cílem této práce je poskytnout základní vhled do tématu uvědomování si bisexuální orientace a jejího sdílení s dalšími osobami. Byl použit kvalitativní design výzkumu a způsobů analýzy dat. Sběr dat proběhl pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti ženami, které se identifikují jako bisexuální, jsou starší 18 let a mají sexuální zkušenost s mužem i ženou. Respondentky byly vybrány pomocí kombinace samovýběru, příležitostného výběru a metody sněhové koule. Z výsledků vyplývá, že respondentky převážně definují bisexualitu jako sexuální a emoční přitažlivost k mužům a ženám. Vnitřní coming out byl u respondentek charakterizován odmítnutím heterosexuální identity, obdobím bez identity, přijetím bisexuální identity a zpochybňováním heterosexuálních zkušeností. Vnější coming out probíhal u respondentek přímým a nepřímým způsobem. Reakce blízkých osob na vnější coming out měly za následek kvalitativní změnu ve vztazích respondentky s těmito osobami.This thesis is concerned with inner and outer coming out of bisexual women. The main point of this thesis is to offer insight into the topic of becoming aware of ones' bisexual orientation and sharing this fact with others. We used qualitative methods in the design and analysis of this research. Data was gathered using semi-structured interviews conducted with ten women who identify as bisexual, are over 18 years old and have sexual experience with both men and women. Respondents were selected by using combination of self-selection, convenience sampling and snowball sampling. We can conclude from the results of data analysis that respondent define bisexuality as sexual and emotional attraction to men and women. Inner coming out was characterised by refusing heterosexual identity, period without identity, accepting bisexual identity and questioning heterosexual experiences. Outer coming out was documented in two forms direct and indirect. The way people close to the participants reacted to learning about participants' sexuality resulted into qualitative changes in their relationships
