Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostickými metodami nemoci tepen dolních končetin. Práce obsahuje stručnou anatomickou orientaci týkající se této problematiky, výčet nejčastěji diagnostikovaných nemocí tepenného řečiště dolních končetin. Dále shrnuje poznatky na téma jejich diagnostiky pomocí dopplerovské ultrasonografie, výpočetní tomografie pomocí magnetické rezonance a digitální subtrakční angiografie. Práce je vytvořená na základě odborné literatury a článků obsahujících nejnovější studie v oblasti této problematiky.The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic methods in determination of illnesses of lower limb arteries .The work contains a brief anatomical survey related to this issue, a list of the most commonly diagnosed diseases of arterial vessels of lower limbs and it summarizes findings on the topic of the diagnostics using Doppler ultrasonography, computer tomography by means of magnetic resonance and digital subtraction angiography. The thesis is based on professional literature and articles containing the latest studies in this issue.
