Testování tělesné zdatnosti u žáků vybraných středních škol ve Svitavách [rukopis] / Jan Staněk. -- 2016. -- 83 s. : tab. -- Ved. práce Tereza Rezková. -- Abstract: Cílem práce bylo otestovat úroveň tělesné zdatnosti žáků vybraných středních škol ve Svitavách, pomocí standardizované testové baterie UNIFITTEST (6-60). Její teoretická část se zabývá vývojovými specifiky adolescentů a teorií motoriky, antropomotoriky, tělesné zdatnosti a motorického testování. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na interpretaci výsledků motorického testování a somatického měření a na statistické posouzení vzájemných vztahů mezi těmito výsledky a pohlavím 168 probandů. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu ukázaly statisticky významnou závislost BMI na množství podkožního tuku a na výsledcích motorických testu a signifikantně horší výsledky v hodnocení tělesné zdatnosti u dívek než u chlapců.. -- Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to determine the physical fitness level of students at selected secondary schools in Svitavy using "UNIFITTEST (6-60)," a standardized battery of motor tests. Before performing the study, information about adolescent development, muscle movements, motor skills, and physical fitness was reviewed and analyzed. After the study was conducted, the results of the motor tests were statistically analyzed in conjunction with the physical measurements of the 168 subjects to determine the relationship between body composition/characteristics and physical fitness. The results of this research showed a statistically significant relationship between BMI/body fat and the subjects' UNIFITTEST (6-60) performance. Significantly lower physical fitness were observed in females when compared to their male counterparts.
