V textu jsou popsány možnosti práce s klienty, práce se zaměřuje na edukaci žáků i využívání terapeutických technik. V práci je podrobněji rozebíraná oblast komunikace, AAK i komunikační kompetence žáků. Praktická část se pokouší popsat situaci využívání komunikačních systémů a sleduje kvalitu komunikace mezi žáky a jejich komunikačními partnery a tím následně posoudit efektivitu využívání systémů AAK.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the communication of students with severe multiple disabilities who are educated in special schools with a rehabilitation program. The text describes the possibilities of working with clients, the work focuses on the education of students and the use of therapeutic techniques. The thesis, discussed in more detail in communication, AAK and communication skills of students. The practical part is trying to describe the situation of the use of communication systems and monitors the quality of communication between students and their communication partners and subsequently to assess the effectiveness of the use of AAC systems.
