Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nedoslýchavosti u osob seniorského věku. V teoretické části definujeme pojem senior, proces stárnutí a stáří, charakterizujeme časové úseky stáří a také jednotlivé projevy stárnutí. Dále vymezujeme důležitost lidského sluchu, uvádíme definici sluchového postižení a popisujeme základní dělení sluchových vad. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje stařecké nedoslýchavosti. Zde poukazujeme na případné známky vzniku této sluchové poruchy s odkazem na postupy vyšetření sluchu, rehabilitační a protetickou péči. Na závěr uvádíme možné nepříznivé důsledky stařecké nedoslýchavosti s uvedením obecných zásad úspěšné komunikace. V praktické části prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme, jaké jsou subjektivními pohledy seniorů, (vybraných klubů pro seniory) na svou případnou sluchovou nedostatečnost v průběhu komunikačního aktu.The bachelor work si focused on the problems of old age hearing loss. In the theoretical part of the work we define the terms such as senior, process of ageing and ageism. We define importance of the human hearing, mention definition of hearing disability and describe the basic division of the hearing imperfections. The last chapter of the theorethical part is attended to old age hearing loss. We point out on symptom of hearing disorders with reference to procedures of hearing examinations, rehabilitaion and prosthetic care. In conclusion we mention the possible negative consequences of hearing loss and indicate the general principles of successful communication. Due to questionnaire inquiary we find out what are the subjective attitudes and reactions of seniors to any hearing deficiency during the communication.
