Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na hypofunkci štítné žlázy u těhotných žen. Předkládá poznatky o štítné žláze a zároveň se zaměřuje na problematiku diagnostiky a diskutovaných screeningových opatření. Následujícími cíli bylo zjistit, jaké má mateřská hypofunkce štítné žlázy následky na plod a popsat působení vnějšího prostředí na funkci štítné žlázy gravidních žen i jejich plodu. Poslední stanovený cíl je věnován možnostem terapie, která je nedílnou součástí této poruchy štítné žlázy. Jde o téma aktuální, poněvadž se v praxi setkáváme s touto problematikou stále častěji.Final work is focused on hypothyroidism in pregnant women. It presents findings on the thyroid gland and also focuses on the issues discussed diagnosis and screening measures. The following objectives were to determine what the parent hypofunction of thyroid effects on the fetus and describe the effect of the external environment on thyroid function of pregnant women and their fetus. The last goal set is devoted to therapy, which is an integral part of the thyroid gland. This is a current topic, because in practice we encounter this problem frequently.
