Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat způsoby podpory rodičovských kompetencí osamělých matek s dětmi raného věku v azylovém domě. V teoretické části byly vymezeny rodičovské kompetence, situace dítěte raného věku v rodině i osamělé matky v azylovém domě, služby azylového domu pro matky s dětmi a možnosti podpory rodičovských kompetencí v tomto typu zařízení včetně videotréninku interakcí. Na závěr teoretické části byly popsány služby a možnosti podpory rodičovských kompetencí ve vybraném azylovém domě pro matky s dětmi. V empirické části s cílem popsat průběh a účinnost podpory rodičovských kompetencí konkrétní osamělé matky s dítětem do tří let v azylovém domě bylo poukázáno na důležitost vyhodnocení počáteční situace matky, adekvátní nabídky služeb azylového domu, motivace klientky ke spolupráci i spolupráce s dalšími organizacemi.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to describe means of support for parental competencies of single mothers living with their early-age children in a shelter house. In the theoretical part of the thesis parental competencies, the situation of an early-age child in a family as well as that of a single mother in a shelter house, services provided in a shelter house for mothers with children and means of support for parental competencies in this type of institution including video home training were presented. At the end of the theoretical part services and means of support for parental competencies in a chosen shelter house for mothers with children were described. In the empirical part of the thesis with the aim to describe the process and efficiency of support for parental competencies of a particular single mother with a child up to three years of age in a shelter house was described the importance of the evaluation of the mother´s initial situation, an appropriate offer of services of the shelter house, the client´s motivation to cooperate with the shelter house as well as other organizations was pointed out.
