Zkoumá vztahy mezi sociální dostupností služeb, informovaností a zájmem o služby ze strany seniorů. Je zde použito kvalitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat probíhal formou interview s vedoucími nebo sociálními pracovníky institucí a zařízení, poskytujícími služby seniorům. Výsledky jsou celkem překvapivé. Vzhledem k tomu, že většina služeb je finančně nákladná a neexistuje žádný systém, který by seniory o jejich možnostech informoval, je zájem o služby velký a přesahuje možnosti většiny zařízení.. -- Abstract: This final work analysis possibilities of satisfying bio-psycho-social requirements of older people. This work also investigates relationships between social availability of services, awareness and interest in these services from the older people´s point of view. I had concentrated on the qualitative research. The data capturing was made in the form of interviews with managers or social workers of the institutions and institutions that provide the service for old people.The results are quite surprising. Despite the fact that most of the services are high-priced, and there exists no system, which would inform the old people about their possibilities, the interest in these services is huge and it exceeds the possibilities of those institutions.
