Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce je deskripce procesu orientace v ABB. Kvalitně zpracovaný proces orientace zaměstnanců je velkým přínosem nejen pro zaměstnance, ale také pro organizaci. Téma této práce je ukotveno terminologicky v 1. a 2. kapitole, které jsou věnovány personálním činnostem souvisejícím s příchodem zaměstnance do organizace a s průběhem procesu orientace. Dále je rozvíjeno přes kontextuální ukotvení, kde je popsán profil ABB, až ke klíčové části - deskripci procesu orientace v ABB. V závěru jsou naznačeny možnosti dalšího rozvoje procesu orientace.The aim of this thesis is a description of the orientation process in ABB company. Well-worked orientation process is a great contribution not only to the employees but also to the whole organization. The subject of this work is terminologically embedded in the 1st and 2nd chapter. These chapters concern personal activities related to the coming of the employee to the company and the orientation process. Further on the thesis deals with the characterization of ABB?s profile and description of the given orientation process in ABB. In the conclusion some possibilities of subsequent development are proposed.
