Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jev agrese a šikany ve výchovném prostředí, a to zejména v prostředí intencionálním, ve škole. Cílem práce je pojmout šikanu jako jeden z výchovných problémů, projevující se ve výchovném prostředí. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola objasňuje základní pojmy tématu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje obecné charakteristiky jevu šikany a stručný popis typů výchovných prostředí, ve kterých se šikana může objevit. Třetí kapitola se zabývá šikanou ve škole a dále obsahuje informace o aktérech šikany, o agresorovi, oběti, rodičích, svědcích a pedagogovi. Čtvrtá, poslední kapitola zmiňuje některé prostředky, kterými lze šikanu ve škole odhalit, možnost prevence a následně popisuje to, jak lze pracovat s jednotlivými aktéry šikany. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou kasuistik, popisujících šikanování ve škole a v rodině.The bachelor thesis deals with the aggression and bullying in the educational environment, especially at schools. The aim of the work is to consider bullying as one of educational problems appearing in the area of education. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one defines the basic terms of the theme. The second one treats general characteristics of bullying and brief description of the types of the environment in which bullying can develop. The third part concentrates on bullying at schools and on its participants such as an aggressor, a victim, parents, witnesses and teachers. The last chapter mentions some of the devices helping reveal bullying at schools, then it describes possibilities how to prevent such situations and, finally, it shows how we should act and work individually with the participants. The practical part of the thesis consists of two cases dealing with bullying at school and in a family.
