(110 555), 3 s. obr. př. : il., mapy, grafy, schémata + DVD-R. -- Ved. práce Zdeněk Kaplan. -- Abstract: Předmětem této studie je analýza existence vnitrodruhových taxonů uvnitř druhu Zannichelia palustris v České republice a následné zpracování jejich rozšíření na základě studia herbářových dokladů. Tento druh je nejčastěji členěn na dva poddruhy, Z. palustris subsp. palustris a Z. palustris subsp. pedicellata. Charakter variability druhu nebyl na našem území nikdy podrobně studován. Příčinou taxonomických nejasností je její vysoká variabilita v determinačních znacích na plodech. Ke studiu tohoto problému byla použita morfometrická analýza znaků na plodech. Analýza zahrnovala analýzu variability metodou PCA a testování korelace mezi znaky uváděnými v literatuře. Výsledky analýz variability ukázaly, že variabilita tvaru plodů v rámci druhu Zannichellia palustris je kontinuální. Tento charakter variability naznačuje, že se jedná o taxonomicky uniformní druh. Porovnání jednotlivých znaků uváděných v literatuře ukázalo, že ty spolu buď vůbec nekorelují nebo míra jejich korelace je velmi nízká. Na závěr bylo zpracováno rozšíření druhu v České republice a vytvořena mapa.. -- Abstract: The subject of this study is the analysis of the existence of intraspecific taxa within the species Zannichellia palustris in the Czech Republic and the postprocessing of their distribution based on the study of the herbarium specimens. This species is often divided in two subspecies Z. palustris subsp. palustris and Z. palustris subsp. pedicellata. The character of the species variation has never been studied in detail in our country. The reason for the taxonomy ambiguities is its high variation in the determination characters on the fruits. The morfometric analysis of the characters on the fruits was used for the study of this problem. The analysis included the analysis of the variation pattern using the PCA method and testing of the correlation among the characters introduced in literature. The results of the variation analysis showed that the variation of the fruits shapes within species Zannichellia palustris was continual. This character of the variation predicates that it is a taxonomically uniform species. Comparing the individual characters introduced in literature showed, that they either did not correlate together at all or the degree of their correlation was very low. Finally the distribution of the species in the Czech Republic was processed and the map was created.
