Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na léčebný režim pacientů se syndromem diabetické nohy. Teoretická část se zabývá kompenzací diabetu, selfmonitoringem, výživou u osob s diabetem, odlehčením diabetické ulcerace, péčí o dolní končetiny diabetika a lokální léčbou syndromu diabetické nohy. V praktické části jsou předkládány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, provedeného od poloviny ledna do poloviny února 2009 u pacientů se syndromem diabetické nohy. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit, zda pacienti se syndromem diabetické nohy mají vědomosti o léčebném režimu a zda ho dodržují. Dále zjistit, jaké informace o léčebném režimu a za jakých podmínek jim byly poskytnuty. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru práce.Bachelor Dissertation Degrese Thesis is intected in medical régime of patiens with diabetic foot syndrom. Theoretical part of thesis engages in compensation of diabetes, selfmonitoring, nourishment of persons with diabetes, alleviation diabetic ulcer, care of legs of diabetic people and local treatment of diabetic foot syndrom. In practical part of the thesis there are results of research in the form of questionnare. The main aim of research was dicover knowledges of patiens with diabetic foot syndrom about medical treatmnet and applying knowladges in thier real lifes, find out informations about treatment régime giving diabetic patiens and conditions in giving. Results and their evaluations are in discussion and final chapter.
