Obsahem této bakalářské práce je problematika kontrolních procesů uskutečňovaných v rámci zavedeného vnitřního kontrolního systému školy. Cílem teoretické části je popsat požadavky, které jsou kladeny na příspěvkové organizace k zajištění vnitřního kontrolního systému. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat probíhající kontrolní procesy v SOŠ a SOU Trutnov v návaznosti na implementaci vnitřního kontrolního systému školy, identifikovat problémové okruhy v těchto činnostech a navrhnout řešení (pracovní procesy) k jejich odstranění.The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the control processes which are executed within the established internal control system of the school. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the requirements which are posed to allowance organizations in order to ensure the internal control system. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the control processes in progress at Secondary Technical School and Secondary Apprentice School Trutnov in a matter of the implementation of the school internal control system and to determine the problematic points in these activities and to suggest the solution for their elimination.
