Predložená práca má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Zaoberá sa problematikou absolventov škôl a možnosťami ich uplatnenia sa na trhu práce. Práca rozoberá nezamestnanosť, jej druhy a vymedzuje základné ciele a úlohy politiky zamestnanosti a trhu práce s akcentom na služby zamestnanosti a nástroje aktívnej politiky trhu práce. Podrobnejšie rozoberá možnosti riešenia situácie klientov prostredníctvom Úradu práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny v Topoľčanoch, aby sa zvýšila ich možnosť uplatniť sa na trhu práce. Práca v empirickej časti prezentuje výsledky prieskumu, ktorý sa uskutočnil na Úrade práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny na vzorke absolventov škôl evidovaných na tomto úrade, ktorého hlavným cieľom bolo zistiť spokojnosť evidovaných absolventov škôl so službami Úradu práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny v Topoľčanoch a využívanie nástrojov aktívnej politiky trhu práce týmito absolventmi.The presented essay is theoretical - empirical nature. It addresses the issue of the graduates and their possible application in the labor market. The essay discusses the unemployment, its types and defines the basic goals and tasks of the employment policy and the labor market with accent on employment services and the instruments of the present labor market policy. Further it discusses options for solving the situation of clients through the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Family in Topoľčany to increase their opportunity to apply in the labor market. Essay in the empirical section presents the results of the survey which took place at the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Family with a sample of graduates registered at that office, whose main objective was to determine the satisfaction of the registered graduates with the services of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Family in Topoľčany and using the instruments of present labour market policy by these graduates.
